About

I'm Hadi. I've spent around five years in performance marketing as a media buyer — most of it inside agencies, working across 200+ brands in e-commerce, real estate, F&B, furniture, services and lead generation.

I've managed campaigns through good months and difficult ones, across enough accounts to have a fair sense of what usually goes wrong and where. The media spend I've worked with adds up to well over half a million dollars — though I'd rather talk about how I think than about numbers you have no way to verify.

ads.by.hadi is the independent practice I'm building around that experience. It's deliberately small. You work with me directly — not with an account manager relaying messages to someone you've never met.

I'm Meta Certified with more than ten professional certifications, but the certificates aren't the point. What matters is having watched enough accounts to know that the answer is rarely "change the targeting."

On proof

The campaigns I've run belong to the businesses and agencies I ran them for. I won't show you screenshots I don't have the right to show, or attach someone else's results to my own name. What I can do instead is walk you through exactly how I'd approach your account — in detail, before you've paid me anything. You'll learn more from that than from a wall of dashboard screenshots you can't verify.

Working together

What the first month looks like.

No 40-slide onboarding deck. Four steps, in order, with a decision point after each one.

01

Conversation

Thirty minutes. What you sell, what you're spending, what you've already tried and what's frustrating you. No pitch deck, no pressure.

02

Diagnosis

I go through the ad account, the funnel and what happens after a lead comes in. You get an honest read on where the bottleneck actually sits — even if the answer is that ads aren't your problem.

03

Build

Offer angle, creative direction, campaign structure, tracking, and a reporting format that reads like a business report — not a screenshot of Ads Manager.

04

Manage & scale

Weekly decisions driven by data. Clear reporting on what's working, what's being cut, and where the realistic ceiling is at your current economics.

Fit

I'd rather be direct about this early.

This works well if

  • You already sell something people buy — we're scaling demand, not inventing it
  • You have enough budget to test properly and reach conclusions that mean something
  • You want someone who'll question the offer and the funnel, not just the targeting
  • You can answer a lead quickly, or you're willing to fix the process so you can
  • You want to understand your numbers, not just be told they're good

This probably isn't for you if

  • You want a guaranteed ROAS quoted before anyone has looked at your account
  • You want the cheapest possible leads regardless of whether they turn into customers
  • You want execution without questions — the questions are most of the value
  • You're looking for content posting, follower growth or social media management
  • You're expecting advertising to solve a problem that lives in the product or the price
Questions

The things people ask first.

A monthly retainer, priced against the complexity of the account and the level of spend involved. I'll quote it on the call once I understand the scope — I'd rather give you an accurate number than publish one that fits nobody.

No, and I'd be careful with anyone who does. Too much of the outcome depends on your offer, your pricing, your website and your sales process — things outside the ad account. What I do commit to: decisions made on data, and you always knowing what your money is doing and why.

Primarily Meta — Facebook and Instagram — and Google where it genuinely fits the business. I'd rather run two channels properly than five badly.

There's a level below which testing doesn't produce conclusions you can trust — you end up making decisions on noise. What that level is depends on your market, your margins and your price point, so it's a conversation rather than a fixed number.

I direct it: angles, hooks, formats, and what to test next based on what the data says. Production can be yours, mine, or a mix. Creative is the single biggest lever in most accounts, so it's never treated as an afterthought.

Yes. The work is remote either way. What matters far more than geography is whether the business economics support paid acquisition, and whether someone on your side can handle the leads that come in.

Access to the accounts, honesty about the numbers — including the uncomfortable ones — and someone on your side who responds to leads quickly. That last one decides more outcomes than most people expect.
